My name is Holly and I am the mom of two great little kids (one boy and one girl)! My husband and I decided when our daughter was born that I would stop working to stay at home with our children - who knew that would actually be more work =). Although running after two little kids everyday most certainly has its challenges, it is absolutely the best decision we have ever made! I love being home!
I initially started this blog as a way to journal new recipes, but quickly stumbled upon two very different things: The world of coupons ( WOW, I never knew that you could save money in so many ways) and of all the new recipes I came across, the ones I loved the most were geared towards kids. With these new discoveries, I decided to create Deals and Dishes! A way for me to provide my family, as well as others, with great ways to save money and fun kid friendly recipes that can get the entire family in the kitchen!
